The decoration and architecture is beautiful. I also really like the area in which it’s located! The bed was comfortable. The view was beautiful! I also liked the pressure of the water in the bathroom and how spacious it was.

I was put on the 12th floor next and there were huge rotating fans outside the window which made the whole room feel like it was shaking. They did move me to a lower floor on the opposite side of the fans.

The bed was nice, and the concierge was wonderful. They always called transportation for me to go to the nearby hotel to attend the conference daily. There were two desk attendants that was very nice. One treated my husband of 42 years awful.
